“Here’s To Your Health” – SPARK event – guest presenter is a licensed nutritionist from Waterbury Hospital to present on healthy eating. There will be a delicious healthy lunch to follow and we will finish off with a trifecta class of chair zumba/muscles in motion/chair yoga.
